The purpose of this mobile web application was to practice the coding skills that I have gained throughout and turning into something useful. This project was completed within 6 weeks using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks. This application is an informative app meant to keep a record of butterflies and their information. I kickstarted the process by defining the UI guidelines for the app.
Process
I wanted the feel of the application to be fun and colorful as this application serves as an informative guide for kids to learn and identify different species of butterflies. Through this application they would be able to take their picture, write it’s description as well as add, delete and edit the list of butterflies recorded by them.

Once all UI assets were defined, I went to create the sitemap of the application. A user would be able to log in, sign up, set a location where the butterfly was spotted, create new butterfly entries, add or delete an entry as well as edit user profile.
